
Osnat (Ossi) Mokryn
The director of the Social Content and Networks (SCAN) lab at the Information System department at the University of Haifa.
Her main research areas are complex networks and computational social science. In her research, she applies multidisciplinary methods to identify governing principles that facilitate the systematic research of highly complex systems. Recently, her research has focused on temporal networks, emotions in text, data mining methods, and recommender systems.
Ossi holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, and a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.
